Victim/Advocacy

I-CAN provideos victim advocacy to assist victims in enforcing their rights pursuant to Marsy’s Law, the California Crime Victims’ Bill of Rights.

As service providers, we all strive to do the best we can to assist victims with receiving the support and services they need and want after a crime has occurred. As much as we would like for systems to work perfectly, this is not always the case. I-CAN is here to help advocate for victims with other service providers, law enforcement, etc. to help victims get connected or re-connected to services or help they need.

One decision makes all the difference.
We’re here to help.

I-CAN provides victims/survivors emotional support, information, resources and referrals.
We are here to listen, to support and assist. Our services are free of charge.
